The In Services module allows you to maintain the history of the in services completed by the employee. You can report on both in services taken, and on in services not taken.
The in service configuration allows you to differentiate between mandatory and optional in services on a per group basis. This enforces the concept that some in services are only required by certain employees such as RNs or LPNs. Additionally, in services can be mandatory only within a certain year, or only in the employees first year of hire.
An In Service History report is available for each employee that lists all mandatory in services indicating whether or not they have been completed, plus optional classes, with a total of all of the minutes of classes taken.
